I have participated in different types of corporate transactions in a widespread range of sectors encompassing Industrials, Real Estate, Food & Beverage, Agriculture, Education, IT Services, Takaful Insurance, Financial Services, Transportation, and others.

I have had a hands-on exposure to deals of significant sizes in the GCC and MENA region and recently the Eastern European markets. I managed the listing of a real estate company on Kuwait Stock Exchange. I co-managed the private placement of a real estate company in Saudi Arabia with a capital of SAR 1.5 billion (around USD 400 million). I oversaw the due diligence process of one of the largest educational conglomerates in the GCC region, a publicly listed company on Kuwait Stock Exchange, with 29 subsidiaries and associates. I performed a financial due diligence for the largest taxi operating company in the GCC & MENA region, a closed joint stock company in Egypt with a fleet of 1000 vehicles. In my previous employment, I lead a corporate turnaround strategy, optimizing capital structure and bringing significant value-add to the holding company and its subsidiaries. In 2012, I founded my own financial consultancy firm to capitalize on the deal sourcing and value-add capabilities I have in the GCC/MENA region.
